Established in November 2024, Immersive VR Solutions Ltd. is a dedicated technology company specializing in advanced BIM (Building Information Modeling) and VR (Virtual Reality) solutions for the Canadian market. Drawing on the extensive experience and patented innovations of Korea's SpaceAD, we focus on transforming complex architectural and engineering data into highly interactive, real-time virtual environments.

Our journey began in November 2024 with a singular conviction: the future of design and construction demands more than static blueprints. We recognized prevalent challenges like miscommunication and inefficiency stemming from traditional visualization methods. This insight, combined with SpaceAD's decade-long pioneering spirit and innovative legacy, compelled Immersive VR Solutions Ltd. to bridge the critical gap between complex BIM data and intuitive, real-time VR experiences.
